Gift Vouchers
Our vouchers are the ideal present to mark a special birthday or anniversary - or as a thank-you! Valid for 12 months, they can be redeemed at both The Star Inn or Cross House Lodge allowing the recipients to choose their own treat. Vouchers are for monetary amounts rather than for specific experiences at The Star.
Using your Voucher
If you are the fortunate recipient of a Star Inn voucher, this can be used to secure a room booking in lieu of a card deposit. Simply enter your voucher code, into the appropriate field in our hotel bookings system. Card details are still required to secure a table reservation, but no payment is taken unless the booking is not honoured.
Where the full voucher is not redeemed, the balance of its value can be used on a further visit, provided this is within the validity period provided that its serial number can be provided to us.
