Monday 6th February 2012, 10am to 2pm
‘Fishing for Compliments’

A double act involving Andrew Pern and award-winning Fishmonger, Peter Thundercliffe demonstrating of a whole shoal
of dishes using the fruits of the North Sea, followed by lunch,
dining on the dishes you have seen. All recipes will be taken
from Andrew’s books, ‘Black Pudding and Foie Gras’
and ‘Loose Birds and Game’.

Recipe pack provided.

£50 per person or £75 per person including a copy of ‘Loose Birds and Game’ signed by Andrew (normal book price £35), including lunch and a glass of wine. Limited to a maximum of 20 places.

‘Seasonal Signature Dishes’

Our very popular course returns with a demonstration of dishes from the Harome ‘Hall of Fame’. Some of the award-winning grub, which has made us the leading Pub in Britain. All recipes will be taken from Andrew’s books, ‘Black Pudding and Foie Gras’ and ‘Loose Birds and Game’ and use seasonal ingredients available now and those just becoming available.

‘Late Spring Signature Dishes’

Andrew will demonstrate how to make the most of the most of late spring English seasonal produce, from lamb to lobster, asparagus to wild garlic, and elderflowers.
