Monday 6th February 2012, 10am to 2pm A double act involving Andrew Pern and award-winning Fishmonger, Peter Thundercliffe demonstrating of a whole shoal Recipe pack provided. £50 per person or £75 per person including a copy of ‘Loose Birds and Game’ signed by Andrew (normal book price £35), including lunch and a glass of wine. Limited to a maximum of 20 places. Monday 5th March 2012, 10am to 2pm Our very popular course returns with a demonstration of dishes from the Harome ‘Hall of Fame’. Some of the award-winning grub, which has made us the leading Pub in Britain. All recipes will be taken from Andrew’s books, ‘Black Pudding and Foie Gras’ and ‘Loose Birds and Game’ and use seasonal ingredients available now and those just becoming available.
