Throughout the year, we run two kinds of cookery course: demonstration-based courses, such as our Seasonal Signature dishes course, which include a two course lunch and glass of wine (click on Courses opposite for our current programme) and our ‘hands-on’ Chef for the Day experience, where one or two people work with one of our chefs learning how to prepare some of the dishes from our current menu.

ST PATRICK'S DAY WITH GUEST CHEF, CHRIS FEARON
Head Chef, Deanes at Queens, Belfast

Expect limericks and leprechauns, when a touch of the Emerald Isle hits Harome. Chris has been Head Chef at Deanes now for 3 years, building a reputation for his honest approach to cooking and his flavour-packed menus - always full of fun and surprises!! He will be cooking a feast of food with generous portions of personality.
It will definitely be a night to remember!

£55 per person. 5 course dinner with canapés
and welcoming 'Black Velvet' on arrival.

ST GEORGE'S DAY

Andrew will be designing a special menu for us for St George's
Day from the best that England's green and pleasant land has to offer from roast suckling pig to a celebration of Yorkshire rhubarb, fine ales and maybe even a brass band. Merriment is a must!
Come and fly the flag on St George's Day with some modern
takes on English classics.

£45 per person. 5 course dinner with canapés
and welcoming drink.
