Courses & Events Residential Cookery Course: Arrive by 1pm for a light lunch before the first set of demonstrations by the Star Inn Chefs as they prepare your dinner from recipes selected from the Book. There will then be the opportunity to settle into your room. The three course dinner will be taken in the private ‘Piggery’ dining room within Cross House Lodge with your fellow students, followed by the opportunity to retire to the lounge or perhaps pop across to The Star Inn just across the road. After a good night’s sleep, join us again in the ‘Piggery’ for a hearty breakfast with time for a stroll around the village of Harome and vacate your room, before the second set of cookery demonstrations commence at 10am. The course will finish around 2pm in the afternoon after a “working” lunch, again comprising the dishes demonstrated earlier in the day.
