The Bar

Among the most atmospheric in Yorkshire.

A 14th century thatched inn furnished in oak by Mousey Thompson, with low beams, candle-lit nooks, open fires, padded pews and a faint smell of woodsmoke and beeswax in the air, says it all.

The bar is constantly enjoyed for its warmth and cosiness. Should you prefer to guarantee a table in this busy spot we advise booking for our restaurant.
